| For all of our loyal website visitors, we're sorry we haven't been able to keep you informed of the happenings around the Christiana Fire Company much this month. Fortunately, that's because not much has been happening.
Squad 5-2 responses continue to remain steady, as we've responded to several requests for fire police on our local roadways, as well as several EMS assist calls to help out Christiana Ambulance crews. Out of all of our dispatches, we have responded to 100% of our calls with our all volunteer crews night or day.
Our firefighters have also been busy with the completion of our Tanker 5-2-1 renovations, and working on our annual required training updates such as CPR/AED as well as our SCBA proficiency testing. We also have some upcoming training classes scheduled later this month and in the beginning of March which will allow us to continue to improve our education and training levels for all personnel.
We're always glad to know that when it's quiet around the firehouse, it means everyone is staying safe in our Community. |
