Motorcycle Accident on Route 41

At 1319 hrs, Communications alerted 5-2 Fire and Ambulance, Rescue 4-2 and the medic to Route 41 and Pine Creek Drive in Sadsbury Township for a motorcycle accident. Engine 5-2-1 (Reimold) responded a minute later and arrived to find a motorcycle and rider down along the roadway in care of EMS. 5-2 crews assisted with patient packaging and cleaned some light hazards from the roadway. Rescue 4-2 and the medic were cancelled enroute and the Patient was transported for evaluation at the local trauma center.

5-2 units were clear within 15 minutes.
