The Christiana Fire Company responded to Valley Township to assist Chester County station 44 (Westwood Fire Company) on a structure fire.

Engine 52 made the response immediately at dispatch with a staffed crew in quarters, upon their arrival Engine 52 laid a line from a hydrant on to a split lay from Rescue 31 (Sadsburyville) securing their water source for offensive operations. Crew members assisted with fire attack and overhaul needs.

Tanker 52 also responded shortly after, upon their arrival on scene they operated in man power pull to assist with any additional needs for the incident. Christiana crews operated for approximately 2 hours before being released by command.
