07/25/2022, 04: 30 A.M.

Early Monday morning Station 52 was dispatched along with multiple mutual aid companies to assist Station 42 (Gap ) with a possible Commercial building fire at Lapp Lumber Company at 1640 Mine Road in Sadsbury Township. Deputy 42 arrived with a large fire at the rear of the building which was determined to be a very large mulch pile on fire. Engine 521 w/6 while in route was sent to establish a fill site for tankers on Country Lane while Engine-Tanker 52 w/7 joined the water supply & sent crew forward for fire suppression. The engine crew supplied 41,000 gallons of water. All units where clear @ 06:33 A.M.

After cleanup from the mulch fire, City of Coatesville was dispatched to 637 East Lincoln Highway for a dwelling fire. Battalion 43 arrived reporting a 2-story half double with heavy fire, requesting the 2nd Alarm assignment. Engine 521, staffed with 6 responded, arriving at
8:04 A.M. The crew went to work assisting with fire suppression and salvage/overhaul. The engine company was clear of the scene at 11:06 A.M.
