On Tuesday, 1/11/2022 @ 08:40 a.m. Station 52 with multiple mutual aid units assisted Station 51 ( Bart Township ) with a commercial building fire at 48 Furnace Road. Chief 51 was 1 mile out reporting smoke showing & requested the working fire dispatch bringing additional resources to the scene. Upon arrival, report given as a 75 x 50 two story building with fire thru out. Fire crews endured brutality cold temperatures in the low teens during fire suppression efforts, placing the incident under control at 09:26 with extensive overhaul to be completed. Engine 521 and Engine-Tanker 52 were released 10:23 .
