On Tuesday, 12/28/21 @ 22:38 Station 52 Volunteers were dispatched to assist Chester County Station 27 ( Cochranville ) with a working Dwelling fire. Engine 521 w/6 & Engine-Tanker 52 w/8 arrived on location at 22:51. Engine 521 was assigned as second due engine, with crew handling interior operations ( suppression, salvage & overhaul ). Engine-Tanker 52 supplemented the water supply while crew members were added into the manpower staging area for additional assignments. Incident was placed under control at 23:00 hours.
52 Units were clear of the incident at 00:23. Initial response was for a chimney fire which extended into the walls on all floors.
