Today at 12:36pm, Station 52 was dispatched to the rear parking alot of Dutchway Farm Market, 365 Route 41 in Sadsbury Township for a vehicle fire within the engine compartment. Chief 52 arrived at 12:43pm with the fire under control due to a quick knock by store employees with fire extinguishers. Engine 52-1 and Tanker 52 both arrived at 12:45pm with crews checking for extensions into the passenger area, as well as containment of fluids leaking from the vehicle. Squad 521 arrived to assist with traffic control in the area of the fire.
