Sunday, November 17th, 2019 Station 21 ( Oxford ) was dispatched for a building fire response on Township Road in Lower Oxford Township. First arriving units found a 1 1/2 story log home with fire throughout the first floor extending to the second. A working fire dispatch was requested with numerous handlines placed in service. Engine Tanker 52 was on a relocate to Chester County 27 ( Cochranville ) when dispatched into the scene. Upon arrival E/T 52 was placed in the water supply while the crew went forward for suppression & overhaul. The blaze is under investigation by Chester County Fire Marshal's Office.
