Station 52 was dispatched to assist Chester County Station 8 ( Keystone Valley Fire ) with a First Alarm dwelling fire at 3567 Cemetary Road in West Sadsbury Township. Station 8 officers reported a fully involved dwelling. Engine 52-1 ( Deputy Fisher ) W/6 arrived at 17:44, pulling two hand lines to Side "A" for the defensive fire attack. E/T 52-1 ( Capt. Lofgren ) W/6 on scene at 17:49, sent crew forward to assist with suppression while water supply was established to Engine 52-1.

At 17:57, Station 52 for the Squad & Fire Police were dispatched on the Fire Police Task Force. Fire Police requested to close Cemetary Road at Rabbit Run Road. Incident was Complete at 20:02. 25 members responded.
