At 04:55 hours the tones dropped for the 52 house to standby in the Avondale Fire Company station while they were busy assisting Chester Station 36 (Po-Mar-lin Fire Company) on a working fire.

Tanker 52-1 (Captain Stoltzfus) responded at 05:02 hours for the normally 30 minute trip to Avondale.

At 05:07 hours, Tanker 52-1 was advised by Chester County 911 to detour to the scene as part of a request for more tankers at the scene.

Arriving on scene at 202 Line Road, Kennett Square at 05:27 hours, the crews got to work in the man power staging area for a brief moment before being deployed with helping the multiple companies present with fighting the fire.

Tanker 52-1 supplied one load of water to the fire scene.

All units cleared the incident at 07:07 hours.
