Christiana Fire held its 16th Annual Auction this past Saturday, September 20 and wish to thank all who turned out to make this another successful event. Many members put in long hours over the last couple weeks preparing for the event. What normally was a two-day event was trimmed down to a single day with the date being also moved due to conflicting events. Antiques, Crafts, New and Used Carriages, Sheds and Lawn Furniture along with many other items were auctioned off simultaneously during the day.

Many thanks to our community and the many patrons from outside our area for being a part of our day. Thanks also to the many community volunteers, auctioneers and CFC members for dedicating their time this Saturday to make this event go.

**Along with the many duties performed throughout the day, firefighters responded to two public service calls within the district.
