| At 0805hrs Tuesday morning, Company 52 was alerted for a reported Mobile Home fire in the northern section of Sadsbury Township. Lancaster County Wide Dispatch had received a call stating a gas stove in the residence was burning. As part of the box, additional units called for assistance were Engine 42-2, Rescue 42, Ambulance 5-2-1 and a Rescue from Chester County KVFD.
Responding units were given additional of the fire and that all were evacuated. First arriving units encountered a heavy smoke condition throughout the home. Further investigation led to a small fire located around the stove and wall section of the structure. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and ventilated the home before wrapping up and returning in service at 0904hrs. |
