Working Fire Assist in Bart Township |

| At 0424 hours Monday morning, Company 5-2 was alerted for both Tankers to assist the Bart Fire Company with a dwelling fire at 178 Old Dam Road in Bart Township. Chief 5-1-2 arrived soon after dispatch to find a working dwelling fire involving a single family home. The second alarm was requested and transmitted moments later which added Engine 5-2-1 to the assignment. Station 5-2 apparatus responded within minutes. Tanker 5-2-2 arrived and joined in the water supply operation while Engine 5-2-1 and Tanker 5-2-1 sent their manpower to the scene to assist with fire supression efforts. Squad 5-2 also made the response with two additional personnel. 5-2 crews assisted in the fire attack as well as salvage and overhaul. The last 5-2 crew cleared the scene at 0719hrs.
