New Brush Truck
MARCH 01
- The Christiana Fire Company has recently placed into service a new brush truck, which replaced our aging 1969 Dodge Power Wagon. The Power Wagon was purchase new by the company in 1969 and it has served us well over the past 40 years. Vehicle Accident on High Street in Sadsbury Township

- The pagers of Station 5-2 were activated at 01:14 hours for a Vehicle Accident standby at 29 High Street in Sadsbury Township. Chief 5-2-2 (Fisher) went enroute at 01:16 hours and advised by LCWC that there was a truck on its side, person out of the vehicle with no apparent injuries. 2010 Blizzard Keeps Station 5-2 Busy.....
FEBRUARY 12
- The recent snow storm (some are calling the Blizzard of 2010) kept the crews from 5-2 busy. Over the course of 6 days (February 6th through 12th) the members of Station 5-2 handled 11 calls for assistance to the community. - LCWC dispatched Station 5-2 for manpower to assist Station 4-5 with a building fire at 79 Pequea Valley Road in Paradise Township at 08:06 hours. The volunteers from Station 5-2 would like to remind people that as you are shoveling your way out of the snow - take a few extra moments and clear out the area around any fire hydrants on your property.
