Noble Road Dwelling Fire

On January 5, 2018 at 23:58 hours, Station 52 along with mutual aid companies were dispatched to 669 Noble Road in Sadsbury Township for the dwelling fire. Duty Officer ( Deputy Fisher ) arrived on location at 00:10 with fire showing sides A/B, after establishing command, 2 additional tankers were requested. Engine 521 ( LT. Zook ) with crew of 6 arrived on location along with Engine 512 ( Bart ). Both crews working together quickly knocked down all visible fire. Engine-Tanker 52 ( FF/EMT Vandenbosch ) with crew of 8 assisted with water supply, while crew members went forward to assist with fire suppression and overhaul. Brush 52 and Squad 52 also responded with an additional 6 members who filled in as needed. Once again crews worked thru brutal weather conditions with wind chills near zero degrees. The incident was placed under control at 00:33, with all units clearing the scene 02:15.
