At 13:47 Station 52 was dispatched for the dwelling fire, reported to be in the chimney. Engine 52-1 ( Lt. Zook ) responded with a crew of five, followed quickly by Engine- Tanker 52( Deputy Fisher ) with five and Squad 52 ( FF Meeks ) with four. Chief 52 arrived on location establishing command with nothing showing from the exterior of a very large 2 1/2 story farm house. Assistant 52 ( Buckwalter ) handled the interior operations.

All fire was contained within the chimney as crews worked for nearly an hour removing numerous amounts of debris.
