Multiple Vehicle Crash- Atglen Borough

At 16:10 hours, the Christiana Fire Company with Ambulance 46 ( CCA ) were alerted for a reported motor vehicle collision with unknown injuries. Chief 52 ( Reimold ) arrived at 16:15 with a four vehicle crash which included two tractor trailers and one patient confined.

Engine 52-1 ( Capt. Stoltzfus ) with a crew of six arrived at 16:16 with the crew going to work with our Homatro Rescue tools to quickly pop the passenger side door. Crew then assisted with patient care and extrication. The crews from Squad 52 & E/T 52 assisted with fluid control as well as cleanup of a very large debris field.

A total of three patients were transported to Brandywine Hospital. Final units cleared the scene at 17:13 hours.
